Well despite great service and comms during last years installation, how things can change. Despite being offered a cheaper price for the 1st year service I decided to take up their offer of booking early to ensure it was done on time so as not to affect the warranty. My rational if they fitted it, and had all the service records, any claims should be straight forward. MISTAKE paid up 3 months in advance. Booked the day off, despite not getting the promised time off arrival confirmation. When I eventually called as it had gone past midday for an am appt. "Oh he called in sick". Unfortunately my crystal ball was in for a service at the same time. I re arrange only for the same to happen again, "Oh his van won't start" After a few choice words via Chat and email I was told the truth, "We struggled to find a local LPG qualified engineer in your area" 14 Gas safe registered LPG qualified engineers LIVE within 3 miles of my address. One call, arranged and booked in £35 cheaper. BUY LOCAL ( check for yourself NR29 4NJ)

Ordered Wednesday installed ThursdayThe Engineer Sergejs worked 10hrs with just a 10 min lunch break.A large house conversion from vented system to combi. Water pressure unbelievable turned our shower to power showers !!! The flow rate has increased markedly. The Worcester 8000 boiler is fabulous I almost wish to old one broke years ago. Perfect efficient clean installation by nice people. A pleasure to do business with well done iheat.

Cost was all inclusive. Gas Fitters carried out all works (& more) as planned arrived on time and gave updates about further requirements (which they also completed) to our complete astisfaction

Easy website, great advice and rapid installation. The whole thing from looking at potential boilers on a weekend to speaking to the team on Monday and having installation complete on Tuesday, it couldn’t have gone smoother.

Paid and ordered new boiler with IHeat, and they were helpful. On the first day of work, the fitter turned up. Walked out after lifting a couple of floorboards saying it was a '2 man job'. After I made numerous phone calls, another fitter turned up on day 2. Said pipework needed changing. Iheat phoned me and said they couldn't do the job any more. 2 days off work wasted, which they did not acknowledge. Appalling service and I would not recommend.

Perfect I answered a few simple questions on the site, picked my boiler applied for 12 months 0% did a deposit, the next day the came and replaced my old broken down boiler, the engineer was brilliant 100% will use again if I move to a place that needs it

I would thoroughly recommend this company if you’re thinking of getting a new boiler. Holly was my first contact and from then on everything went smoothly…she was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the products. The price of the boiler and installation was very competitive. Mark, the gas engineer who was allocated to me was amazing! He worked so hard, respected my property and kept me informed throughout the installation. I now have a lovely warm home and a very quiet boiler. 5 ⭐️iHeat

Overall, my experience with iHeat has been very positive. I communicated with Holly via email and she was extremely helpful and informative. Tom, Ibby and another gent did a great job with my installation and left the place nice and tidy.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Customer care was great. Guys who fitted the boiler on the day were lovely, professional and made me feel at ease in my own home. Also cleaned up after themselves. Definitely recommend iheat. 2nd time I've used them now. Reasonably priced too.

Although initially delayed by a day installation was swift and the engineers worked quickly and efficiently. They offered a good practical resolution to the location of additional piping once they were informed this was needed.

If you enjoy being messed around and getting no contact about services that should be done which don’t get done then yes use I heat, it took over a month of trying to find out if our service and gas safety check was done to find out the engineer obviously just couldn’t be bothered, yet we weren’t notified at all, it was then rescheduled and they did the service not the gas safety certificate, well done guys for causing us hassle, thanks for nothing
