Boiler fitted on date requested, every think went smoothly, highly recommend.

The online enquiry and survey were super easy, and the response was really quick. I had some questions and the phone support helped me get to the right boiler option for me, and while it is an 'out of thr box' product with little room for customisation, it was clear and simple to understand. The engineer was on time and really efficient, and finished when he said he would. He was also very positive about working with iHeat which for me is a really good sign!

From the first enquiry to the completed instalation, customer service was A+. The instalation engineer was very profesional and left everything neat and tidy.

To be honest, was a bit hesitant at first due to everything done online but it made for a smooth transaction. From purchasing, uploading supporting images and confirmation of installation, to actual installation day, very impressed. Arrived on time, very respectful of my home and didn't realise they had completed the install until they were packing and cleaning up after themselves! Bonus result - install didn't even take half a day. Impressed much, definitely!

iHeat were excellent, they answered all our questions so we could select the right boiler for us. It was fitted as promised, the fitter was great and cleaned up after himself. We are really happy we used them and would recommend iHeat.
