Australia | 18 June 2024I ordered an oval Le Creuset casserole pan that is unavailable in both size and colour from TattaHome and whilst it did take a few weeks to arrived (they did warn me of this). Whist I was a bit nervous as I haven't ordered from them before, the pan did arrive in Australia from Italy in perfect condition, delivered by DHL and I'm very happy and would order again.

As I read them I am extremely surprised since I have placed almost 15 orders in the last month spending 5 figures and have had an amazingly positive experience. All the orders have arrived much faster than the original indicated date, all my questions have been answered, the 3 minor problems I had have all been solved super quickly and with amazing customer service. I run a small business and they are my main supplier. Julien from customer service is very professional, responsive, quick, helpful and very friendly. Don't hesitate to buy as the experience will be great. In terms of timing just be sure to check the item is in stock, if you need it quickly and order an item that is on backorder it might take longer than you want but they will be great in telling you how long it can take. A+ experience!!

They were not proactive about any delay to me, in fact, I had to reach out twice for a status update (Andrew, from Customer Support was awesome though.) It was ridiculous for how long it took.

But... although they went to the measure of stating that the UK does not incur customs charges, their couriers will still charge you VAT. So... whatever the prices are, add 20%. Giving a low review score because they've gone to the steps of highlighting the positive marketing of 'No Customs Charges' but are not transparent with VAT, whereas this could be a single line of warning. So... perhaps not hiding it, but not exactly forthcoming, you could say 'selective with the pricing reality'. Retort: Fyi: I think UK's VAT is 20%. Irrespective, my point is the 'confusion' is owing to absolutely no indication of these potential charges at the point of purchase, but there is positive marketing of not having to pay duty charges. You've actively promoted no duty. Why haven't you actively footnoted that VAT will still apply? It's only a few more lines of code / text. I suspect because that wouldn't help with sales. You're not wrong, but you are misleading.

I chased it up through another route and the gift was eventually delivered last week. it was not a cheap present so most of the time i felt i was the sbject of a con.

However, I agree with other reviews stating that the FedEx bill was a total shock and was not explained when ordering. When I contacted customer services I was dealt with abruptly and the matter unresolved. I would not have bought from this company if I had known the full cost as it did not work out to be a competitive price.

United Kingdom | 07 June 2024I didn’t realise, when I ordered, that this company was not in the UK, and this led to a longer wait for my items and a bill for import duty, and also an extra charge from FedEx for paying the duty on my behalf !! Which I didn’t ask them to do !! Put that to one side; the items are beautiful and well packaged. They were cheaper than UK prices but when you add the tax and the cheeky FedEx charge they don’t work out any cheaper so next time I will order in the UK and get them much quicker

I ordered expensive plates from Seletti brand from them and they sent an incomplete order. they admitted and said they will refund but they never did. after 3 weeks waiting, I opened a paypal case but since they produced the tracking number, Paypal asked me to do a police claim. as it was a hassle, Tatta home asked me to close the case and that they will finally refund me. it has been again 5 weeks that I am waiting for their refund and they still don't do it. I ve been dealing with Andrew, Aaron and Antonio which are most probably the same person! Total wait now is more than 6 months! TOTAL SCAM. Following Andrew reply below I can confirm that I still not have received a refund and that somehow Andrew find time to reply on public reviews but dismiss my emails. I can also see that it was the same experience for many clients on reddit. Delivery incomplete and chasing for refund. Tattahome also does not let customers to leave any reviews on google for some obvious reasons. I will continue tu update here if they ever refund

United Kingdom | 06 June 2024I was a little concerned putting in an order given we are in the UK, but from start to finish the process was easy and the price SO much better than the UK outlets. We were informed of progress all the way; the delivery by Fedex was attempted a day early but had to be returned to their depot to try again on the allocated day. A chap called Julien from Tattahome was in contact very quickly and most concerned that we may not receive the goods. All turned out fine and I would highly recommend this company for Le Creuset products at an excellent price.

United States | 06 June 2024Tattahome is misrepresenting the Quadro line as being compatible with the US market. As confirmed by Quadro directly, Tattahome exclusively sells their European fixtures. US items are only able to be sold through Blu Bathworks in Canada. When I asked Tattahome about this, they were very contentious, defensive, and unprofessional. I would not trust them for future purchases.
