Ordered online, it was clear that the delivery would take a few weeks , contacted customer service as after a couple weeks I had no confirmation on the order (apart from the orginal one) they responded quickly with an update, once dispatched the delivery updates were frequent

Ordered 4 Kartell Masters chairs and all arrived deformed. This was a postage issue not Tattahome's. However, trying to get a refund has been trying and almost two weeks after returning the chairs I am still chasing the money.

A wonderful range of products at great prices. I live in Uk where Le Creuset is usually beyond what I can afford. Tattahome had exactly the pieces I wanted at amazing prices. I noticed on the order that it would take 5 weeks to arrive and was a little worried but I took the risk and ordered. All was wonderful. They kept me informed of the Fed EX shipping process and the parcel arrived on the exact date and time that they promised, really well packed and in perfect condition .i was so excited to open and see my beautiful Le Creuset pieces, in Bamboo Green. I've yet to receive the product, which was ordered more than a MONTH ago. If you feature an item on your website you must be able to SHIP IT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS in good time. This has made it clear to me that you dropship, therefore do not stock the items you say you do. Your website ultimately, is a lie.

Great value for money and very fast delivery

I have ordered a Smeg espresso machine on beginning of May without noticing the small print saying out of stock on their website (which was my own fault) but if something is out of stock why are they allowing customers to purchase the item on the website? So I had to wait one month and they asked me to be patient while they tried to restock the item so I decided to cancel it and ordered exactly the same thing on Amazon with the same price and it’s arrived next day, I should have done so the first time but again, it was my own fault. Now I’m waiting for my refund and they told me they’ll refund me within 14 days and it’s now end of June so Im having back and forth unpleasant experience with them for around 2 months and still haven’t got my money back. Advice: Anything you need you can find it on Amazon or other stores to avoid the long wait and if you think they are cheaper than in the UK don’t forget that you might be charged with custom tax when your item is imported to the UK. so you should avoid this seller at all costs to protect your right.

I was so excited to see that your company offered the Le Creuset 40cm Oval Cocotte in Matte Black, since this item is not available for purchase in the United States. Your prices are also fantastic! Even with the international shipping fees, purchasing this pot from Tattahome was much cheaper than buying the same sized item domestically. Tattahome also shipped my item very quickly and it arrived safely! Thank you for making this dream item a part of my Le Creuset collection!
