United States | 27 January 2025Good price LONG delivery delay. I know it probably isn't their fault totally. They told me the factory had delays, but it tooks months (seriously, like almost 6 months) to get one of my light fixtures. That said, their customer service reps were always very responsive. I had ordered from them before so trusted the store. One light fixture came reasonably quickly the other took months. For the price and knowing it is real/authentic I am happy in the end, but now need to schedule electrician again instead of while whole job was being done. For the delay, I think they should have offered up a discount of some kind. *edit: I meant a discount on the delayed order, not a future order, but at least they understand that there was an issue

It's most definitely not the manufacturers fault. This company is a con and we are now doing a chargeback. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS - it's cheap for a reason!!

Requested a refund which- took 2 weeks to process and then they refused to refund what I paid - apparently it is their view that the customer is on the hook for whatever PayPal charges them.

They keep ignoring my messages and have very arrogant customer support. I opened a claim with PayPal, so I'm waiting for PayPal to get the money back! Please stay away, or you will lose your money!

United States | 15 January 2025I highly recommend avoiding this company. I purchased an Antonio Lupi Sesamo 1 Encased Wall Hook, and unfortunately, the item arrived defective. Despite being within the return/replacement window, I encountered a frustrating experience with the after-sales support team. After contacting Andrew, the after-sales manager, I provided detailed photos and videos of the defect. However, my requests for assistance were met with delays and vague responses. Andrew suggested installing the product, despite the fact that both my contractor and I knew the defect would likely persist. Given that my contractor works with high-profile clients, he was particularly concerned about further complication’s and asked me to have the company replace the item. This was avoided and it became completely frustrating. When I insisted on a replacement Andrew responded “How you prefer, if you want you can send it back at your own expense to: Ideal Ceramiche di Giacomo La Russa Srl Viale Leonardo Sciascia, 240 92100 Agrigento, Italy. Be advised that you will receive a refund only for the value of the item, not for the shipping cost and the import duties to Italy will be deducted from the refunded import. Of course in case the item arrives broken, you will not receive any refund.” This lack of support and disregard for customer satisfaction is deeply disappointing. The company’s actions suggest they are more focused on profiting from customers rather than providing quality service. I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to proceed with caution. To reply to Andrew’s comment. Just like my emails stated. It was not me who deemed the item defective but, my CONTRACTOR who knows how to work with your products. Hence, he stated it is defective because he’s installed this item before. Also, you asked me to install the part to prove you wrong. Again my tiles are not cheap. At almost $8 a sq ft. If the item is deemed defective will you also pay for the tile that will need to be replaced? Again, both the contractor and I requested an exchange and you kept insisting to install it. I ended up getting fed up with days being wasted to solve the problem that you failed. Again, I’m sorry Andrew that you don’t see this as a defective item. Like I said, I didn’t know you were the contractor as well!
