It took c6 weeks to arrive and to pay £110 for 6 v average plastic glasses is incredibly disappointing. I honestly don’t think I’ve overpaid for a product to this extent before.

I ordered a smeg toaster in November and have still not received it so asked for a refund two weeks ago which was agreed to by Andrew the customer service manager but have received nothing to date. I feel like I have been scammed please do not order from this company I have continued to contact Andrew at Customer Services weekly but I’ve still not received my refund and have been told that there is a delay with my refund and given no date for when I should receive it. I feel it is a disgrace that a company like this is allowed to trade.

I was hesitant to order replacement dishes for my Rosenthal collection but I am very happy with the dinner dishes and the delivery service. In fact, I will be placing another order to complete my setting for 12. Thank you.

We were looking for some specific Iittala glasses and we found what we wanted on Tattahome for a very reasonable price. Not only: the shipping was careful and great: we could do a vacation hold and make sure we didn’t abandon the package unattended for days. I would use them again!

I had a create experience with Tattahome. Firstly, I was able to find all needed items that were not available on another websites, secondly the quality of delivery was great, as well as prices were reasonable. The only thing it takes a bit of time for items to be delivered, but it worth to wait for!!!!

Ordered 2 sets of Versace whiskey glasses and both came in about 3 weeks. I was skeptical at first when I ordered as the price was good. But yeah got the real deal! Highly recommended!

I had previously purchased a 12" Le Creuset pepper mill at the local Le Creuset outlet. Well, it failed and between then and now, Le Creuset has discontinued the 12" pepper mill for sale in my country (United States). So, I did some googling, and found it's still sold in Italy and available for international order from Tattahome. I was a little bit leery about ordering a product internationally from an Italian vendor that I'd never heard of... But replacing it was important and I figured I'd take the chance. Overall, it was a great experience. I was able to pay online via PayPal (another self-protection mechanism I employed that was probably unnecessary), received regular email updates with order/shipping information, and the pepper mill arrived and is in perfect condition and works great. I doubt I'll ever need to order from Tattahome again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate at all to do so.

I was dubious ordering from Tattahome as reviews were mixed however I bit the bullet and went ahead ordering a couple of bits that I couldn’t get in the Uk. Prices were excellent and delivery surprisingly issue free and only took about 10 days. Will definitely order from here again.

Took a little while to arrive , but I knew that ,very well packed , good coms , just be aware , I got a text fromFedEx saying i owed £43 taxes , a scam , just be careful , over all a good experience

If I could this company zero stars I would. I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife at the end of November and it never arrived. To this day (27th Jan) I still have not received it OR received the refund I asked for over a week ago. I think they have just stolen my money
