AVOID PRODUCTS DON’T ARRIVE AND ONLY PROCESSING A REFUND WHEN THREATENED WITH FURTHER ACTION! Edit: Have now had a refund processed only when threatened with further action, will see if the money actually goes into my account. Product never arrived and now cannot get a refund. Order a SMEG product beginning of September 24 waited 4 months ago even though the product stated 3-4 week delivery and it never arrived. Contacted the company numerous times and every time have been told different things for when the item will be delivered, started as a few weeks, then end of the month and then told they don’t know when it will arrive as they are waiting for an order from smeg. Now trying to get a refund and having the same issue of being told the refund will be sent next week, then tomorrow, then same day , etc. but never arrives! Will be contacting trading standards for a refund!! So disappointing!

Delivery of item was very transparent and they used companies that were reliable. Item was tracked and delivered smoothly.

I ordered a lamp in early November which, to date (18/12), has not arrived. It is 'on hold' with the delivery service. The supplier responds nicely and promptly to questions, basically just telling me to wait without any indication for how long - there is nothing they can do, they say, as if they had fallen into the hands of highway robbers. But in fact those highway robbers have been employed by them. The lamp was meant as a Christmas present. That it will not be, it seems.
