UK customers like myself, please avoid. They do not make it clear that there will be a VAT and customs charge upon delivery. I thought I was getting a good deal but ultimtaely if i had purchased from the UK, the price would have been slightly cheaper for the cookware. They already know this as there are reviews regarding it but they obviously do not care. This should tell you what kind of people are running the company. Management, if you reading this, please do the decent thing and let customers know this and not bury this information in the terms and conditions that 99.99999% people do not read!!!!

Just read other feedback! there are hidden costs, nothing mention in their website, you think you are saving money but you end up spending way more! UK customers avoid, I ended up paying way more than the 20% VAT I should pay inside UK and paid 22% + shipping and handling costs! Customer service useless, a guy named Andrew has no idea, they know they are cheating people and taking advantage but trying to convince it's your fault. Avoid by all means, hopefully some days these sort of companies can be patched up and get what they deserve, terrible experience!

I ordered a La Pacino cappuccino machine, I did not realize it would have a European plug last time I ordered it was an American plug into the wall socket, I was informed by Andrew that I could send it back, but I would have to pay the shipping, I took it to be shipped back yesterday and it was going to be over $500. So all in I’m out about $800. I’m just very disappointed that they didn’t point this out prior to shipping it to me. I will never order anything from Tattahome again.

The rug we bought is fantastic. Great quality and in person it looks even better then on the picture. We love it. Customer service was great, they promptly responded to my inquiries, rushed the delivery due to our holiday plans and at the end the rug was delivered 2 days before was supposed to, much to our very pleasant surprise.

I have been waiting six months for a toaster. Tattahome continually has no updates and can’t give a likely delivery date. It is like they have no relationship with their supplier. For the amount of money you save buying from Tattahome, it is not worth the stress.

I ordered several items from the store, including ceramics, sanitary and electrical appliances. Everything was delivered in good condition and in a timely manner. The customer service was great!.

I ordered a Smeg D&C toaster at the end of September ‘24 which was on a four week delivery forecast. Once this date passed I contacted the company for an update. They continuously promised that it would arrive soon, but after eight weeks I asked to cancel the order and be issued a refund. I am still waiting, and have now had to conatct PayPal directly for their support. The is is not the Customer Service I expected, please be cautious.

I still have yet to receive my package. It was originally shipped on November 23. As of December 8, it has been sitting somewhere in France for NINE days!! This company charged me $65 for shipping and it has still not gotten to me. Perhaps it should choose a shipping company other than FedEx.
