The chaps at HL were polite and quick to pick up the phone and said they could help if you weren't satisfied with Solicitor they put you in contact with. However, the "Solicitor" they put me in contact with was totally useless and un-professional. HL took note of my several complaints, but in the end did nothing. Very disappointing all round. I cannot recommend.

Very professional and answered all questions with confidence of knowledge. But the main reason for using them is due to the fact you can contact them on Saturdays you don't have to wait 2 days to get the answers to any questions

Unfortunately they recommended me a solicitor that was not up to the job. The solicitor seemed just graduated and did not know what he was doing. Very slow. Communication very poor. Because of the solicitor I have in fact lost money. The solicitor was Akroyd Legal.

My agent was very helpful and knowledgeable and have an issue with 3 properties. on property no 4 now! I am very glad about the No Completion, No Fee guarantee!

Brilliant service, Josh Thomas was so helpful, explained everything in detail, also half the price I was quoted by two different solicitors.

As another reviewer mentioned (Brian). HL were good enough to speak to, but the family had the extreme bad luck of being transferred to work with PM Property Lawyers for a transfer of equity. Long story/short, they lost house deeds & were nothing short of abysmal. We are now speaking to The Legal Ombudsman about them & seeking legal advice on the way they looked after us. If you get referred to PM, then CANCEL IMMEDIATELY!!! I must quickly explain the 5 stars though, that unlike PM, Homeward did respond to the complaints & were quick to refund my initial payment with special thanks to Joshua Harper, hence why the rating for their support, as the whole incident is PM’s fault. Credit where credits due for Homeward & just read my review of PM.

Early days in our journey but really nice chat with Mark. Its also a bonus that they are available on Saturdays where clients are likely to be free.

Homeward legal polite and efficient but the key issue is that they pass on work to specialist conveyancers. In my case Mundy’s who were very very poor. Slow and very poor on comms. Funds were delayed on completion. At one point I sought to use Homeward to help expedite but they were also thwarted by Mundy’s

I have used Homeward Legal a few times before, and as usual Mark was helpful and efficient, he sorted out a solicitor for me in a matter of minutes ansd emailed all the information equally as quick. Pleased to see that they are now open on Saturday's as well.
