I am a Jordanian citizen who shares the ownership of a house in London with my brother who lives in it. I wanted to grant him my share without any money transfer. The employee from Homeward told me it's going to be an easy process that takes 10 days or less. So I read some reviews on Trust pilot that complain about this company and how elongated their processing time is, but I thought these might be exceptional cases. Unfortunately, after I paid them, up until this moment almost 70 days have passed for what they claimed will only take 10 days! I sent an email to the person who first contacted me but never got a reply. I asked the executive officer who was in charge of my case a very VERY simple question, I never got an answer for 30 days! My advice; pay more for a better service, and do not get misled by this company's low price.
