After a couple of online quotes for conveyancing solicitor i stumbled upon Homeward Legal.My first contact with them was approx.three months ago for a quote to purchase,and just yesterday for a quote to sell.The quote procedure was very easy,just a few clicks and within a few minutes the quote arrived in my inbox.All the relevant details were covered along with t & c's.After accepting the quote i received a call from them just to check that all the details were correct.Then what happens you are assigned to one of their panel of conveyancers.For my purchase i was able to choose one that was local to me,it was a real solicitor,with a real office.Not one of these boiler room outfits that take on millions of jobs,then struggle to complete and invariably mistakes can occur.I was so pleased with the service i received from the solicitor that i specifically asked for him for my sale.Now for the best part. I carried out some investigation yesterday and received a couple of quotes for my sale.The figures are for the solicitors fees excluding vat.The disbursements will be the same whoever you choose.The figures were as follows £1150 and £950,the quote from Homeward Legal was £582.50.So it was a no brainer.Just another word on the solicitor i used he was the total professional and carried out his duties in an extremely diligent manner.Now just a mention about Homeward Legal.I dealt with Josh he was extremely friendly,quick to deal with any issues,there was no pressure he even had the time to chat about our local football team.It was a pleasure doing business with them.So if you want a top class service with a rock bottom price then you cant lose anything by requesting a quote from Homeward Legal

Very nice sales team homeward legal but I had to change the allocated "solicitors" 2 months in as my emails and calls were not returned. I was never updated automatically. The second allocation was a team of legal assistants. They did a better job and would respond to emails. Thankfully my house sold after 5 months but I expected much better communication.

Excellent service. We've only just started the legal process of selling and buying but feel we're in safe hands. Mark was efficient, friendly and very clear with the information we needed this morning. A big plus is they are open on weekends.

I dealt with a lovely, calm ,patient man who explained all that I needed to know and was able to give precise costs, so no hidden surprises to come. He said I could call with any questions, and not to worry about the questions being silly! I wonder though if you had considered being available at weekends, which is when it would be easier for many people who work office hrs through the week.

I’ve lost £800 penalty in the process of purchasing my property because of this non competent people, they can cancel the process without letting you know, Better avoid them ,or phone them every day so you know what is happening, don’t trust them!

So far they have been very efficient and pleasant to deal with. It's particularly good that they operate on Saturdays also.
