Great product and quick service

I had great service when ordering but through no fault of your I ordered the wrong size but ill use then though out the house great value for money too.

Order only partially delivered due to mix up over what was in stock and what wasn’t. Customer service to fix it was excellent.

They were very helpful when I emailed them that the light I received was defective, and resolved it by sending me a new one that works perfectly.

Great switch. Worked perfectly

I ordered the item which for some reason apparently spent 2 weeks in Cornwall which could be down to DPD. When I chased HH I was told to chase up DPD ! Which I refused. I was then told they would sort it but nothing happened and a month after ordering my lights I had neither the item nor the refund I had subsequently requested. I finally spoke to Sean / Shaun and despite being sceptical he assured me my item would arrive the next day which it did and the lights are very nice too but the ‘customer journey’ is not exactly polished. (The original lights still appear to be in Cornwall according to the DPD website )

Excellent service

I ordered from this company early October. My led RGB light strip finally arrived in December after many emails. However, what arrived was not the product advertised, the remote did not work, and there was no warm white as advertised. I contacted them and they came back to me quickly sending a replacement and a prepaid envelope to send back the faulty product. The replacement arrived quickly however it was very different to the first product but still didn’t work. I have sent both products back and have received confirmation they were delivered 2 weeks ago, but I am yet to hear back from the company or receive my refund. It’s a shame as the product looked good online but I would not recommend buying from here.

Excellent product and very fast delivery

Ordered a 25m Lumos LED light and fixing strips. As it happens the fixing strips didn't suit my installation (though would work in other situations I'm sure) so the light was fitted using a different method. I returned the fixing strips and received a full refund.

Really quick delivery - website has some great products and at reasonable prices - I felt much better buying these from UK than direct from China via ebay. Much better having a UK seller in the chain to deal with any issues.

Really pleased with our neon sign. We needed this for an urgent (21st Birthday) deadline and Neon Pop did everything they could to accommodate. Arrived on time and looks superb!

I bought some smart switch and hub first time I tried It's work perfect on my phone I can control all lights on app It's all different type with neutral or without make sure wich one you need I nought before different website thay only works wifi then I get this one works with wifi or touch manually perfect 👍

I ordered a remote touch switch as a Christmas present. After Christmas I fitted it but then found that the remote control does not come with a battery. After some research I found the battery is a special 27A 12v type that has to be ordered. It might have been a better buying experience if Harrington Heath had offered the choice of a battery at the checkout when purchasing. Otherwise, the company deserves 5 stars.
