The touch light switch looked lovely but had a scratch which did not bother me however after the electrician fitted the switch, over the next couple of weeks the lights would go on randomly and would not go off. Hartington Heath team identified the switch was faulty as the reset did not work and they arranged a new switch which I paid an electrician again to have refitted. Hartington Heath have unexpectedly addressed my issue over this cost and have cleared up any concerns re: future purchases. Thank You.

I placed an order and I waited 7 MONTHS, after 7 months they send me an incomplete order and I had to wait another 2 months, after I called them and argued with them,they send me something else becouse they didn’t have in stock what I orderd so....

I don’t recommend anyone because they are no professional they sell out of stock led after week they lied to me they saying sending next day but nothing came after long time they make me wait two weeks telling me they don’t have what I purchase it’s a joke

This company failed to supply the correct product and the replacement is still awaited ten days after returning the wrong items. Not good enough; indeed extremely poor. Hartington Heath’s reaction to this report was exceptional - I was contacted next working day and the products were sent overnight as well as being compensated for the lack of service and delay. Feeling much better about them now.
