I have ordered a couple of their I Lumos products which are aesthetically very pleasing and work well. Most recently however, I purchased a 2 gang 1 way I Lumos double panel switch which had some scratches on the rear of the glass faceplate which appeared as coloured green or red marks when illuminated by the status led's. I contacted sales who responded quickly and arranged a replacement. Unfortunately, apparently due to a warehouse issue I was sent an incorrect replacement on two occasions which was frustrating. Carly however then arranged a complete replacement of my original order to ensure I received the correct faceplate which I did, so my issue was eventually fully resolved at no cost to myself. I therefore dropped a star because of the hassle, but Carly provided 5 star service.

My order was late so I contacted the seller and was told what I had ordered was not in stock and that they would upgrade my order which I agreed to.Still no delivery weeks later but I received another e-mail telling me I can get an upgrade on my order which was what I’ve been already told.Ended up cancelling my order due to being messed about not a good service at all

Product was of excellent quality and reciveced the next day..installed by electrian but clear instructions might I could of do e it myself..

Ordered a water proof LED light strip which initially was great - just what i wanted - processing and delivery of order i could not fault. However ingress of water led to failure. Customer service was very evasive, saying that it was not waterproof and needed to be silicon sealed to make so. However no instructions or silicon provided on receipt which i felt was poor. There was no sign of resolution I was asked contact the manager Liam. What a different story - he immediately looked to resolve the situation, took on board what i was saying and I have received new lights yesterday. All this could have easily been avoided if some clear instructions had been sent out with this particular product which hopefully they will take onboard.

Very compenent and helpful customer service, purchase and delivery was easy. Unfortunately my led-strip was not working properly when I received it, it‘s going to be replaced.
