My wife brought a watch, unpacked it decided she did not like it and returned the watch the next day. The refused a refund as they said worn it and there was damage to it and I am presuming them for £600.00 This Company is scamming people.

I have just had the worst experience for an online order for a watch through this company . I ordered a Laco Zurich 2 watch on May 4th 2024 via their online shop. I got an order acknowledgement saying that they'll be back soon with an update on delivery. To cut a very long frustrating story short, a month later I was still waiting for my order to arrive and having chased them several times, all I got was excuses and open ended promises and no firm commitment on delivery. When I cancelled the order , they tried to dismiss my cancellation request with further promises but eventually " promised " a full refund which I had to chase and get my credit card company to start recovery of my money at which point, after 2 weeks , I finally got my refund . 2 months wasted for nothing . I won't be buying anything else from this company or their other businesses ,Jura Watches or W Hamond Jewellery, in future based upon my experience. I wish that I had checked the other reviews on Google and Trustpilot before clicking that order button . Lesson learned the hard way I guess.

Bought a Junghans watch, described as new, arrived with 2 scratches on the back and protective packaging misplaced. They didn't have a replacement so accepted a partial refund. 3 months later it started to malfunction so sent for repair. Wore the watch in pool on holiday (certified to 5 Bar or 50 meters and pool was 1.5M) and it filled with water. Sent the watch back again, was told I either hadn't pushed the crown in (watch had been working fine for 4 days before entering the pool) or I had taken the watch below 50 meters (I have heart failure and have a device fitted which keeps me alive) which would be impossible. Communicated with someone called Surita who just stuck to the same stubborn line, and refused to listen to me. Currently in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards for selling me a shop soiled watch as new and small claims court to claim my consumer rights. Wouldn't advise anyone to buy from them. I certainly won't be!

Ordered a pair of Georg Jensen earrings for my wife’s birthday. Estimated delivery time was 3-4 weeks, a long time but should just make it. Wife’s birthday came and went. Emails sent - no reply. Eventually called them, they were courteous and apologetic and more promises made. Still nothing turned up. More emails. 11 weeks later they arrived. This company had my £420 for almost 3 months! Never again, awful experience.

Ordered from the website and my watch arrived in perfect condition. I rang up the shop in Chester to get some links removed and went the next day to have this done. The staff were really helpful. I would definitely purchase from again!

Fabulous customer service

I bought an item which unfortunately was faulty. The customer service I received to rectify things went above and beyond. Prompt, efficient and personalised communication throughout. I’ve bought from this company several times and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I returned a watch because the strap was too small they received it on the 10th June and am still waiting for my refund, it cost me £10 to return it and I’m now overdrawn at my bank due to this! Would not recommend buying from this company! Ya I finally received my refund but it was 3 weeks later!
