Initial quality problem which delayed delivery but was resolved very quickly and a newly manufactured product was supplied in time for a specific date of a significant celebration. The jewelry is superb and came gift wrapped,well done all round

Bought a watch in March, service during purchase great! Unfortunately watch is faulty & keeps reseting itself ,so after many times of trying to recharge & reset incase I was being stupid , so gave up & emailed cw sellors regarding issue & still awaiting a responce

Really dissappointed as I wanted to support a local company. But after this experience, I definitely will not be using them again, nor recommending them to friends and family. The product I ordered took over a month to arrive (making it late for the birthday is was intended to be a gift for). After it did arrive, the complimentary gift the company offered me in compensation never arrived (still have no idea where it is, seemingly neither do the customer service team when I spoke to them). Finally, I had to send the original product back as it was not as I originally expected it to be (larger than the product picture indicated) and had to pay for postage - so, I am currently out of pocket for a product that was no suitable and I no longer have.

Jack was superb at helping us obtain the perfect ring for our engagement. Customer service was second to none. He made the process very simple, the ring came earlier than expected and was sent to our home at no extra cost to us. We will definitely be back for more from the Roberto Coin collection stunning jewels and definitely my new favourite. Thank you so much for making our engagement so special

The Whitby shop is delightful, good choices great staff. Love the watch. I bought two lots of earrings on line. Love the product. Hate the delivery firm. Both times I stayed in especially but the said I was out, either they didn't bother to knock/ring or they are very unreliable. Won't buy on line again.

Ordered two pieces of jewellery in a bank holiday sale, one item arrived within a few days. This was delivered by DPD and looked as if it had been stood on at some point, thankfully the item was undamaged, I fed my experience back to CW Sellors. My main complaint is I’m still waiting for delivery of my second item, at no time have I heard from their customer services department informing me that there would be a delay along with an anticipated delivery date. Despite contacting them several times by email and phone I still haven’t been given a date, they are quick to take your money but their customer service department don’t keep you updated on your order progress. After this experience I doubt if I will use them again.

Watch strap for the watch I purchased is too small/ tight, no option for larger strap, emails to customer services remain unanswered for more than a week. Really disappointed, buying a new watch is normally a really good experience (I have a nice collection of luxury watches). With CW Sellors I have been left disappointed by the customer service (post sales)

Beautiful jewellery delivered to the store on the promised day. Chrissy ensured I was happy with my purchase before I left the shop as I had ordered online so hadn't seen the piece 'in the flesh' as it were! This wasn't the first piece I'd bought on line and I always find the images, description and specification top rate. I buy with confidence and have never been disappointed with the item bought. All of the staff I have interacted with over time both in the Matlock shop, the main office and the Chatsworth shops have been knowledgeable, helpful and a real pleasure to interact with. Shopping with Sellors is a wonderful experience.

Ordered a Georg Jensen Miniphant money box for a child’s dedication ceremony. Not only was it a very competitive price, it arrived via Royal Mail in a couple of days. Beautifully packaged with a lovely card and the words we had chosen in a beautiful font. If this level of service is from the company online, it must be amazing visiting their shops! Perfect customer service. The watch I bought had a manufacturing issue and they organised the return of the watch and promptly refunded my money. I opted for a refund as I moved abroad…I was then in a position to have the watch delivered to me in n the Middle East…they delivered the watch to me abroad, free of charge and sold it at the original discounted price for the first watch I purchased, even though the special offer had already ended when I made the second purchase. Good communication and service throughout and the watch delivered with ease
