As most of you mention staff are amazing when you are buying a product. BUT if you have a problem, shocking... Bought a ring that has now been back for repair twice. Both times away for over 4 months with the manufacturer. Another diamond lost and now that I have complained and asked for a refund I'm being blamed for accidental damage and refusal to acknowledge my consumer rights! Disappointing that a company that's claims quality doesn't offer quality service when there are problems.

Placed an order on the 23th of May, before placing the order I informed CW that the watch is a wedding present and is needed before the 12th of June. I was informed order takes two weeks for delivery. After chasing up the order on a number of occasions, I have now been told earliest is 1st week of July. Promised on a number of occasions someone will call back with an update, no one bothered until the third time I rang them. Had to cancel the order. Will not be purchasing anything from them and will be informing others to avoid.

I would like to thank Harriet for her constant communication and for expediting my order so that I could receive it before I returned to the United States.

After sales are Shocking. My watch arrived on the April the 13th and had no papers I contacted CW to no alive unbelievable poor customer service I got some aristocrat women (which is really not the done thing nowadays) I contacted the watch company directly and got it sorted out I would never use CW again. I find it hard to believe all the good reviews on here about the customer service department. I also expressed my feeling to the watch company who allow them to sell their watches to be fair they asked me to put in an email.

Purchased a ring in Size K, received no contact after this. Contacted the company who told me that they do not have it in that size. Have taken the money and still not returned it. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a bracelet which I'd had my eye on for a number of years but, just never got round to buying it. However, on checking the website recently, the bracelet was half price and, therefore, the item was purchased as a present from my husband. On receipt of the item it just wasn't the same colour as seen. However, a phone call later to customer services to a wonderful lady who promptly sent me a label to return the same and for the stones to be changed in-house. On receiving the same back, I am absolutely over the moon with my bracelet and the customer service was second to none. All very friendly, professional with good old fashioned quality and customer service where nothing was too much trouble.
