United Kingdom | 23 June 2024UPDATE 18 July 2024 Amazing that CW actually responded, now, despite challenging the reviews as not being anything to do with them. However their response is factually incorrect. As an organisation CW failed consistently to provide customer updates, refused to reply to demands for refunds, despite confirming in writing they were being processed and did not actually process any refund in the correct time, This was actually escalated to AMEX who refunded the money and took up chasing CW Sellors. So I am sorry your response is the same as your service, terrible, late and inaccurate. Avoid this company. Like so many other reviewers, C W Sellors/ Jura Watches (yes the same company) have held onto our money despite order cancellation and refunds being demanded over 15 times. These companies falsely advertise products they don’t have and cannot fulfil, then go silent when you demand order cancellation and refund. So I passed this to the credit card company and got my money back immediately. I suggest anyone considering buying through these people, save your money and go elsewhere. They don’t respond to emails and ignore customer rights. Amazingly writhin minutes of a negative review appearing, “positive” ones appear (strange that). Anyway I have my money and AMEX are now dealing with the cowboys at C W Sellors/ Jura Watch. Quidco are looking to investigate them and Barrington are also looking into their practices. Seriously do not use these companies or lose your money, you have been warned

United Kingdom | 21 June 2024C W Sellors admitted that they didn't stock the watch I wanted and couldn't supply in a timeframe suitable for me. Customer Service agreed to cancel my order and refund my purchase. This was all fine. But no refund was received. After 2 weeks had elapsed, I made a PayPal claim against C W Sellor and PayPal found in my favour, refunding the value of my purchase. It took almost a month to get my money back. Meanwhile, I bought the watch directly from the manufacturers in Germany (Laco) and received it within 24 hours. Zero hassle involved.

United Kingdom | 21 June 2024I ordered a Garmin watch more than 2 weeks before a birthday as a gift in May. It was not showing as out of stock or on back order. It was in stock at Garmin but slightly more expensive. I didn't hear anything for a week or so and so asked for an update and highlighted the urgency. I was told it was likely to arrive the week of the birthday, at the start of June. A few days later I got what looked like a standard email saying the watch was due to be received by them in August. I called immediately (almost 2 weeks ago) and was told that they had no Garmin stock at all. I asked for a refund and was told it would take 7-10 days. I expressed that this was too long to wait as I would have to repurchase the watch elsewhere and they had wasted 2 weeks of my time already. I was told they would try to expedite the refund but the banks often delay it. 13 days later, today, I received an email from them to say they have only just processed the refund! They had not even asked the bank to make the payment until today. I still don't have the funds. The delay was theirs and inexplicable. Again, standard email, no apology, no acknowledgement that they agreed to refund me 13 days ago and have only today processed it. I have had to purchase the watch again (for more than I could have bought it for in the first place and after it was out of stock to buy direct) and have been out of pocket since May.

United Kingdom | 19 June 2024Honestly avoid buying a watch from this company at all costs, if you change your mind on a watch they will refuse you a refund even if the watch you ordered has a defect. Currently going through the section 75 process with my bank because of this. Their customer service is non existent and they are very much profit first, customer second, in all my years of buying watches I have never had this issue and I advise you to save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere to purchase a watch. Really disappointed.
