Today I asked a question on the online chat. I was answered almost instantly (number 2 in the queue became number 1 as soon as it was announced then someone was chatting with me. The answers were instant, accurate and friendly. You can't ask for better service than that.

United Kingdom | 31 December 2024my son, bless him, bought his first car on finance, within a dead on month, engine blew.....was all my sons fault mind...and APPARENTLY we said this too to the inspector that came out....absolute joke of a company!! he bought special oil for the car and kept an eye on its levels along with the water almost on a daily basis....there were no problems, no active oil leaks etc....CANNOT STAND these liars! as another reviewer said.....only after your money!!!!!

I’ve been back now for almost 3 years and the savings rate has been consistently high if not the highest for an Easy Access account. The app is easy to use and it’s easy to transfer in and out of the account, with monthly top-up as an option. Great new feature where you can split up your savings into specific savings pots, which has been designed in a way that makes it very easy. I think I have 8 different pots now! Green creds are also great, I don’t want my money anywhere near oil and gas.

South Africa | 29 December 2024Bought a ford focus on Saturday 14th dec, on finance , on the drive home engine management light comes on and the rear wheel bearings are making a very loud drone, took it back on Monday 16th after working a long night shift only to sit there from 11am to 3pm and all they did was reset the management light.also to be noted I live 100 miles (round trip) from the dealer Got home and the engine light on again and wheel bearings sounding awful. On phoning the dealer I was told that the wheel bearing could last another year and it's safe to drive.. absolute rubbish! I then get told to bring it in again but I need to leave it there as they are busy during this Christmas period and can't tell me when it will be readyand that they will deliver it for free only when it's done as they busy... Seems to me they trying to buy time to get through the "cooling off"period with my finance company. Now I do not want them to repair it as I don't trust their mechanics after them saying driving with a failing wheel bearing is safe. Also... The advert for the vehicle said it had 89000miles when it actually had 94500miles. Very disappointed in this company. I would advise against buying anything from them.. it's costing me £508 to fix these problems and I haven't had any reply from them, emailed tandem twice on what to do and how to return vehicle as it was within 14 days...now it's over the cooling off period and tandem as well as Zuto have zero interest in the issues. They just want their money and interest from the vehicle finance regardless of the vehicle is driving. awful experience.

I had never had a car on fiance and had no idea what would happen next. Tandem made it so easy, every single person I spoke to was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and very understanding. No matter how many (probably stupid) questions I asked, everyone took their time to explain the process to me. I managed to settle the payment early with the help of Gareth from the Cardiff branch, massive thank you to everyone at Tandem.
