I have ordered on a few occasions and deliver is very quick and well packed. I have tried different type of fish and seafood and I was not disappointed. Everything is a very good quality and I will continue to use this online shop.

Delivery - perfect. Packaging - impressive. Frozen King Scallops - Amazing. Big juicy and full of flavour. USA Lobster - disappointing. Safer and cheaper to buy tails from Waitrose.

i wanted to try this fish shop and i regret it. the quality not good at all, after I defrosted the king prawns and squid, the foods varied as melted. the newly opened mussels all broken with the danger of eating the shell. I don't recommend it at all. i will go in person to buy fish in london, never again will i buy fish online.

Very disappointing. I ordered a couple of packs of fresh mackerel (mackerel is one of my favourite fish). and the delivery was exemplary. Sadly when I defrosted the fish it was far from fresh, sunken eyes and that flesh texture and smell which is unmistakable. I do know what truly fresh mackerel looks, smells and feels like, having been lucky once in my life to have experienced it. I will not be wasting any more money with this company.

Got an email saying it’ll be delivered a day later and will be arrived defrosted. As I won’t be in to put it in the freezer rightaway it’s essentially a waste of money and food waste. Not great when we are living in a world to tackle climate change and reduce foodwaste. Was told this is stated in the terms and conditions. I suggest you state this at checkout to remind customers instead of hiding it in the terms and conditions, which will allow greater transparency and avoid inconvenience. Safe to say I won’t be a returning customer and will not recommend to anyone👎

Excellent products and really quick delivery.

Our second order was as good as the first one. Both Sea Beam & Hake are excellent and fresh even they were frozen on delivery. The delivery is spot on but they need to work on their website with better information.

As always my fish was delivered promptly, really well packaged and frozen solid. The quality of your fish is amazing. I grilled the sardines, they tasted wonderful and it took us back to our last holiday on the Algarve.

Always arrives on day stated a d quality has very good everytime . Only criticism i can give the fish society, is that one day you pay what you feel is a good price as it is in promotion, but wait a couple of days and it comes through on a different and lower price

I have only had one order, plaice fillet and king prawns. Very good. very fresh. Looking forward to trying some more.

Love the new eco packaging which still keeps my fish chilled and ready for the freezer. The quality of all the fish I have received is first class and it is lovely to be able to try unusual fish which I normally would not buy.

I just love this company - and it's products. This is the third lot of potted shrimps that I have had and they are so good that I am considering a standing order. The salmon misshapes are also incredibly good value. Next time, the red caviar? Smoked cods roe is also excellent value. I did the collect from the warehouse experience last time as I live only a few miles away - excellent service but order from the web site first.
