First class fish. Am a returning customer and only buy fish from here! Excellent selection, easy ordering, choice of delivery dates and extremely well packaged. Delivery updates too which is so helpful.

You delivered next day as promised. I was eating cod fishcakes when the delivery arrived. Superb. We have been ordering for a while now and I can honestly say that all foods have been 1st class. No complaints from this customer.

Great products, however I was offered a 10% code but could not find how to redeem it

great service, quality produce. my only comment would be, living on my own it would be better it the portions were individually packed rather in packs of two. then I could use one and freeze the second.

The deliveries are always on time, the food is good, the scallops,prawns and menus given are a must for the true connoisseurs.

Have just had a delivery and the fish arrived in perfect frozen condition ( salmon and sea bass.) Looking forward to eating it . You are kelp up to date about delivery time which is very helpful.I will update when tasted

Ordered the seabass and clams they arrived very well packed placed in fridge overnight then on the bbq the next day absolutely fantastic fresh tasting seafood lot of lemon 🍋 a very happy evening.

Ordering was easy, had to make a change to the delivery address which was easily changed by the team, delivered on time all good. Unfortunately underwhelmed with the product. Many of the prawns were really watery and almost spongey texture when cooked. Flavour wasn't there for me I'm afraid...shame as I had high expectations considering the price.

This was my first and probably last experience from ordering from this company. Fish arrived a day later than expected which meant I had to go out and purchase locally as it was for a dinner party the following evening. I had a message from DPD to day it would arrive 5,30pm on the Friday but it did not arrive until 24 hours later. The prawns had defrosted by the time they arrived and when I complained Fish Company said they would be ok to eat which wasn’t helpful as I was still left with having to make alternative dinner party plans, I don’t think I will buy again it clearly was a DPD problem but customer services could have been much more sympathetic.

The order took more than 48 hours to arrive after it had been dispatched. Dhl send a text with a timeframe, still haven’t receive the order. Costumer service is rude, does not care about health and safety issues and do not take responsibility for the delayed delivery even though we are talking about raw fish. Kim specifically, told that the fish could be refreezed and delays are beyond their control. They are violating health and hygiene rules and def I’m going to file a written complain to FSA. This company is a disgrace, is dangerous for consumption, and the way it is operating it should be shut down. I wrote the same review in google, which I am sure has fake reviews as I see many people had the same problem.
