What the sent was a total joke. £40 they charged me for flowers that resembles a £5 bunch from a petrol station. 5 days of complaining and emailing, sending photo evidence of the wilting pathetic excuse for flowers and they offered me £15. Genuinely so disappointed. I will never use them again and I urge everyone not to either. Things go wrong with orders sometimes but to refuse a refund is a shocking way to treat your customers.

United Kingdom | 13 February 2025Avoid. I ordered one of their more expensive bouquets for someone's special birthday and they delivered a disappointing bunch of flowers. Way fewer flowers and foliage than suggested on their website. I knew it wouldn't be identical to the online image, but wasn't expecting so much less. I contacted the store and referred to their "100% satisfaction" guarantee. Was told I needed to "trim the stems". Just awful.

Wasn't notified flowers would be delivered IN A BOX via the Post office. Complained and was referred to their terms of conditions, which explains they are under no obligation to delivery on time, even after three days, you will only get delivery charge back! Read the small print of these cowboys if your still not convinced. Customer Services non-existent, appears to be an AI script.

I was offered a £10 voucher to which to order some more which I would not be ordering anymore because they were so bad there were chocolates with the flowers that were out of date nearly only a couple of weeks left on them so clearly old I was offered a £5 voucher to buy more chocolates absolutely terrible don’t use them.

As time came closer and i didnt receive any dispatch email i got concerned but thought they will deliver it as i had paid extra premium for it. This is where I was wrong. They clearly don't have any process for advance orders because the day and time went past and they keep saying "royalmail" has the order which is not correct as royal mail tracking show they are still waiting for the item from prestige flowers. There was a reason i used 1pm guaranteed delivery for this specific day. Now they are saying the postage will be refunded but have to wait to see when the flowers deliver. It is a business address and any other day or time is no use to me. Very suspicious as the delivery is to a business open at that time Customer service copies and pastes responses but doesn’t actually attempt to help First time a business is refusing to step in and help when issue with the delivery will not Use again!
