Didn't pick up phone multiple times when tried to correct an order, too late to change order next day. Staff couldn't care less. V dissatisfied.

I tried to pay with PayPal. The PayPal website confirmed my password, authorised payment and passed me back to your site. I waited five minutes while a spinning icon displayed with “ we are processing your order” message. I gave up and paid by credit card.

Excellent Customer Service. I ordered the Pastel Hat Box Arrangement for a friend and due to a mistake on my part with the address, I had to ring Customer Services. My problem was rectified promptly and friendly and confirmation Emails sent. Will definitely use again.

all honesty i wish I went elsewhere 😕 ordered on a Monday for Wednesday delivery.. got it on a Friday afternoon. Flowers look shite ( I spent over £50 ) very embarrassing to gift my lady a bunch of sad looking flowers days late .. I recommend that it best to advoid this business like the plagues.. I wish I had have read the reviews before I ordered this ... I won't be using this business again even if it came for free ...

Very disappointed. Very small bouquet for a dear friend's birthday, £60.00 I understand flowers are not cheap, but this was nowhere near good value
