I like their flowers and flower arrangements and their timely delivery as well. At one time I had made a mistake on the delivery date and when I sent them a message they were very responsive and corrected the delivery date immediately. I would highly recommend Prestige Flowers for any occasion.

I could not give the flowers as a gift for shame, the bouquet was sparse and 2 of the flowers were dead and mouldy, it looked nothing like the website. I had to buy another bouquet from the local supermarket as a replacement. I complained to Prestige Flowers, they admitted there was a ‘slight quality issue’ but after many emails and photos back and forth they would not refund my order. I am now £36 out of pocket and the flowers had to go in the bin, such a waste. Please avoid this company, it’s a scam - showing lovely flowers on their website but not delivering them, I don’t know how they keep getting away with it. I have tried twice to leave a review on their website, it says it has been posted but never shows up 🤔

United States | 11 February 2025The delivery carrier doesn't contact the receiver and doesn't leave any card/note at the door showing there was an attempt to deliver, so my flowers were delivered 3 days after the expected date. Also the flowers don't look anything like the pictures you see online, and don't select for a bigger sizes because your get extra charged and its all fake the sizes delivered are all the same. The aspect of the flowers are flimsy nothing shows this is a good quality flower shop making these arrangements, its very poor made and the free chocolates are not true since they didn't even include that. Also this company as no interest in the costumer experience despite my several attempts to get an explanation for my concerns with their costumer service and they all diminish my complaints blaming on the carrier that does a delivery without accepting that it is Prestige Flowers responsibility to stand up for their costumers expectations and if the carrier they chose for delivery is falling those expectations then they need to solve that issue, not counting that if they have employees that don't meet the expectations and standards when creating these bouquets then its also their responsibility to fix that issue, instead of diminish the costumer complaint! Overall from the bouquet, to delivery, to false advertising on free chocolates and different sizes of bouquets, and the costumer services, this company is horrible and should not be in business!

United Kingdom | 11 February 2025ORDER FROM A LOCAL FLORIST INSTEAD!! I ordered flowers for my grandmother's funeral, and they arrived damaged, dry, and wilted. The VENICE bunch looked nothing like the photo. To make matters worse, I received flowers from a competitor, Haute Flowers, instead of Prestige Flowers. The gift bag was also water-damaged and torn. Customer service offered only a 7.8% credit for unusable flowers. This is unacceptable for such an important occasion. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend Prestige Flowers to anyone.

Ordered flowers 4 days in advance for a very dear friend who had an unexpected death of her partner No communication, flowers were delivered 2 days late! Flowers were not to a standard of what we paid for - Tesco's premium flowers would have been better. Upon contacting them, they offered £15 credit! I would never ever use this company again! and they advised they agreed there was a 'slight' quality issue - the flowers were brown! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - i very rarely leave bad reviews, as not in my nature, but no empathy at all given the circumstances - AWFUL!!!

The customer service was just types routine answers. Flowers haven’t turned up yet and seem to be stuck in Royal Mail for 2 days . Not really a 24 hr delivery as the customer services claim
