United Kingdom | 03 February 2025I ordered birthday flowers for my sister worth £40. The flowers were wilted from day 1. My sister, out of respect of the fact that I had sent her expensive flowers, didn’t tell me. Finally on day 4 I asked her and she admitted they weren’t great and hadn’t been from the start. I emailed Prestige and shared photos with them, taken on day 4, complaining about the quality, only to be told I should’ve taken photos earlier and sent them then. They then proceeded to ask for time stamps for the few photos I did send them. There have been a few back and forth emails and it’s pretty obvious this is a trap because they’re simply not going to apologise for their rubbish quality and will instead hope that most people will give up at this point out of sheer exasperation. They actually expected my sister, who was gifted these flowers, to take photos and share with me to tell me just how awful they are. Unbelievable! I have been offered a £10 off voucher on ‘future orders’. Why would I place a future order when the current one was so rubbish? No, thank you. Definitely not wasting my money with this company again.

Poland | 03 February 2025They're sending B-DAY FLOWERS and picked Royal Mail as the courier.. So if there is only one chance for the flowers to be delivered. If the reciptient is not at home - they don't try again later on the same day.

United Kingdom | 03 February 2025Ordered a bouquet for my wife as it was our 50th wedding anniversary. The flowers were delivered on the day and they didn’t look too bad. I had paid extra for a large bunch but to be honest you get bigger bunches from a supermarket without being charged an extra £10! On day 5 the flowers were starting to droop and the roses never opened. I contacted Prestige Flowers to register my disappointment but all I got was platitudes and the offer of a £10 voucher for use against another order. I refused the voucher as there was no way I would spend more money with this business. Interestingly I noticed that 12% of their customers rated them as 1 star. With over 130,000 reviews this equates to more than 15,000 unhappy customers! Well, they just got another one.

United Kingdom | 03 February 2025I order a £60 bouquet of flowers for my wife. In less than 24 hours the roses were wilting and dying. In less than 48 hours the gerberas were dropping. Terrible quality - worst I have ever had from a flower delivery company. I complained and sent pictures - they offered me a £15 voucher off a future order! When I said this was unacceptable, they offered a £15 rebate. I made the point that, If I bought some vegetable from Waitrose and most of them were rotten I would expect it to be replaced. They said they didn't want to pick up the flowers and replace them because they are 'perishable' - too right they are, they have already perished. They claim on their website that they guarantee 100% satisfaction. An outright lie!!! Awful company. Awful product. Awful service.

Great updates for both order confirmation and then delivery as well as great customer service. Also received great feedback on the bouquets from those that received them.

United Kingdom | 03 February 2025As a faithful Prestige Flowers customer for many years I am beyond disgusted with them and their customer service. I ordered these for my daughter, they arrived in no box or packaging, no gift card, flower care etc. They were just handed over like this. Also this is supposed to be a large bouquet that I paid for! Even I know that even when they are in full bloom they certainly wont even remotely look like this and there is no way there are as many flowers in it 🤦♀️ Upon complaing they said they could see no problem with the standard of the bouquet and I should complain myself to Royal Mail regarding the lack or packaging! No way, you have lost yourself a customer today Prestige Flowers absolutely disgraceful 😡

Three of the flowers were already dead on arrival although I left them in water overnight to see if they would recover. They didn't. My sis was so pleased to send them I haven't the heart to spoil her pleasure. These bouquets are so expensive, ALL the flowers should be in good condition.

United Kingdom | 03 February 2025I ordered a large bouquet of mixed flowers for my wife. They arrived on time but the size of the bouquet was medium at most! My wife was not aware of the size I had ordered and treated them as advised by the company. 2 days later they had begun to wilt and die. I sent an email with photos attached to what I believed to be the correct address, I checked the website, only for it to be rejected. I think it was the size of the pictures, I emailed again without any attachments explaining what had happened but did not get a reply. When I rang them they told me the last correspondence I had with them was in 2022 (i can't remember the outcome of this order) and I must have sent the email to the wrong address. I was given the correct address but again it was rejected so I had to send the pictures individually, only to be told that they had been checked and were considered acceptable and if they were treated right they would have lasted longer! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Poor quality goods and rubbish customer service.
