I stood to lose a lot of money if he hadn't done this for me. The flowers were beautiful and great value.

Australia | 23 January 2025I have dealt with Prestige flowers many, many times sending from here in Australia to the UK. However, my latest dealings were a great disappointment having no flowers delivered and losing all my money! I paid to have flowers delivered to a relative in hospital but (after many emails) was finally told the hospital refused to accept them! This took a week of emailing to be told this and that I should have checked with the hospital first (not easy from Aussie)! Prestige has lost my business and my trust. I wonder if they tried to deliver and what happened to the flowers (if in fact they did try and complete this order)?

United Kingdom | 23 January 2025I was initially happy with the ease of selecting and ordering flowers for my wifes special birthday. However the flowers arrived a day late despite the guaranteed 1pm delivery I paid for, then the flowers were dead and wilted 4 days later. Whilst their customer services were responsive they were no help with the delivery issue, and then told me couldn't help with the wilted flowers as you have to report issues within 3days. I would have been better off going to a local flowers shop given the £50+ I spent.

They never arrived. 4 days later they came, however, left on the outside road step. Customer service would not deal with my issues and would not refund or entertain my complaints. Terrible terrible service and company. Beware!

United States | 22 January 2025Somehow I am being charge 27.48 for addon's when all I did was add a box of chocolates that was supposed to be 9.99. And the chat is a joke. It says it does not understand, and it will refer you to an agent. then it can't because none are available. So, I had to go through with the order and hope I get my money back for stuff I did not order.

United Kingdom | 21 January 2025DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE DELIVERING TO AN OFFICE Ordered flowers, paid for next day delivery. They dont tell you they can be delivered by Royal Mail up until 730pm, when office receptions are closed! Its apparently in the terms even though doesn't mention delivery times when checking out. Wouldnt do anything to help, kept getting standard, its outside of our control as we use third party couriers. DO NOT USE
