From the advertised photos I was expecting a fully arranged bouquet secured in it arrangement with AA now, but it was just lots of long steams, no arrangement not ideal when your order for someone who doesn't have the mobility to cut and arrange them. Considering I paid for the larger size I was very disappointed at the quantity and quality of the flowers, it didn't have nearly as many flowers or fill foliage as in the picture for the larger size. It was however useful to be able to pick the vase and they arrived in time.i have seen better arrangements sent unfortunately I don't know what company that is. Although not the worse experience I expected more for my money, the pictures are misleading as that isn't what you receive.

I tried to order some flowers but their dreadful website wants you to create an account. I don't want an account - just a guest check out. Frustrating and a waste of time. Left before completing ordering and went to Bloom & Wild where it was painless. Sure many will do the same. Crazy and a good way to loose custom

Does not tell you when ordering that Royal Mail are given a 12 hour window to deliver, tried to surprise my partner at work and even after being given a time of between 10:30 and 14:30 had still not arrived by the time she left, won’t be using again

I would give MINUS stars if I could! PRESTIGE FLOWERS put a reply on Trustpilot when I complained about them, but it is rubbish, they ignored the three emails that my autistic son has sent since their reply. They have not replaced the dead flowers, they are a heartless unprofessional company that send dead flowers and do not care!! Do not bother to reply to this PRESTIGE FLOWERS because it will just more fake lies! I SEE THAT YOU HAVE PUT MORE LIES ON TRUSTPILOT!!!!! WHY DON'T YOU JUST SEND THE FLOWERS prestige flowers AND STOP LYING! You have now had all the information via SIX emails 21/01/2025 JUST PLEASE STOP LYING and wasting my time!! I am finished with your company now, I realize that you only have dead flowers to sell.

Easy to use, beautiful selection of bouquets and gifts. The next day delivery option is fantastic. If you are overseas and wanting flowers delivered within the UK, you need to create an account to pay (not a guest account). It would be an even smoother experience if this was mentioned somewhere at the start of the process, before you are trying to enter your billing details. Otherwise, a great service I will definitely use again!

Dead Flowers - ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday. Lillie’s and roses. They looked lovely on the picture but never came out and were basically dead. Looked nothing like the picture. Contacted customer services who said they had contacted the florist who said they were fine. Perhaps the florist needs glasses! Not an acceptable response as these flowers were not cheap. I won’t be using again and certainly will not recommend. I have actually just read all the bad reviews and they are all within the last few days. I really think this is shocking and obviously my experience is not a one off. They need to change their supplier or will be going out of business. And yes Tom they have contacted me and said basically tough - no refund or replacement as your florist said peel off the dead petals on the roses lol

Somewhat confusing, especially with the add ons. Maybe I should have chatted to the bottom? Spent more than I wanted. Luckily she's worth it and it's a big birthday. I just hope it's OK.

I ordered a bouquet for my wife at around nine o'clock this evening to be delivered tomorrow. When I read the conformation I realised I had put the wrong delivery address on the order. I emailed and every thing was sorted out and corrected within a matter of minutes. Very impressive customer service. Looking forward to my wife recieving the bouquet tomorrow. I will certainly use Prestige Flowers again.
