This is the first time I've used Prestige Flowers, I've just chosen a bouquet of flowers, a box of chocolates and a birthday candle to get delivered on my friends 50th birthday. She has to work so I'm sending them to her workplace to surprise her!

United Kingdom | 27 January 2025Ordered sympathy flowers on January 25th. It said on the site if I ordered before a certain time I could pay for guaranteed next day delivery on the 26th. This is exactly what I needed as the recipient is travelling on the 27th for a few days so I know paying for the next day delivery meant the flowers would reach them before they had to leave. I placed the order, upgraded to a bigger bunch and paid the next day delivery fee. I received order confirmation showing delivery as Jan 26th (great). Today however I have received an email from Royal Mail stating the delivery will be Tues 28th!!! So not only just 1 day late but 2. I've emailed requesting my order be cancelled and refunded as it is not the service I paid for. I received a reply saying the courier must have identified an issue with the delivery address which is absolute nonsense. I've never once had an issue with deliveries at my address!!

United Kingdom | 25 January 2025I would never, ever buy from this Company PRESTIGE or refer anyone I knew. The picture they advertise on their website does not truly reflect the ones you receive. I paid for the Celebration Delight, upgraded for another ten pounds, what was received could have been bought from Tesco's for half the price. I emailed PRESTIGE pointing out the differences in quantity but was dismissed. They didn't even count the flowers I received against what was delivered, they based it upon size which again didn't match. The responses were bog standard and are probably sent to anyone that complains. They didn't even refer to the bouquet ordered by name, it was a cut and paste email response. Customer service - none.
