I stupidly gave the wrong address for the delivery, but the customer service team were very quick to respond to my request to correct it and came back to me as soon as they were open for business. Very relieved! The flowers haven’t yet been delivered, but am hoping the quality will be as good as in previous orders.

Exceptional service, I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my best friend’s 60th Birthday. They arrived and her words were these are “out of this world” had her favourites in pink roses. I also has an enquiry and contacted Customer Services and Sarah was outstanding, responded very quickly and was super efficient. A First Class Service. Thank you and keep up the great work.

I’m so disappointed, I paid £45 for a full bouquet but when they arrived, I was first disappointed with the quality, but then also the sparseness of the bouquet. I reached out to prestige via the online chat but they weren’t helpful and made some excuse about guests petals. They even pretended the florist manager looked at the photos I sent but how is it possible to receive a response within 30 seconds of sending the pictures? In future I’ll stick with Bloom & Wilde or M&S as their quality and customer service is far superior. Update: 2 days on and now most of the flowers have started to or have withered. I suspect they had started to lose their bloom before they were delivered. Prestige Flowers - these were meant as a present for someone recovering from cancer surgery and cost me £45 - no help from your customer service. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

As a first time customer using Prestige Flowers I was pleasantly surprised as the flowers come via the mail and overseas. They were a couple of days late (due to the weather) but when they arrived they were well packaged and the flowers were lovely and still fresh. We were impressed!! Would order from this company again!

A lovely website that displays the bouquets and other goodies wonderfully. Lots of choice, with/without vase, with choccies or not!, with fizz (yes please!) or not!! Many great offers too. I got roses and Freddies and added in luxury chocolates. Delivered next day, with a luxury gift card. Delighted with it all. No dramas, just a friendly, useable site - oh, there is a chat service too if you have any concerns!

I paid for next day 24 hr Tracked delivery. 4 days have gone by and the flowers have NOT arrived. Unreliable untrustworthy company. Avoid at ALL cost! The response of this company is a slap in the face. BEWARE they are very quick to point out their T&C's that state contrary to their BIG LETTERS statement "Order by 10PM for next day delivery" that what it actually means is maybe in 3 days....then they will look into it! Outrageous! Don't believe a word there cowboys say. They will take your money and run!

Dont use this company. Bought flowers for a special Anniversary, gave them an order on the 23/01/2025 for delvery on the 26/01/2025, got a message from the courier on the 25/01/2025 that the flowers were not going to be delivered until the 28th, this is diabolical, I have spoken to their customer service, that was a total waste of time, they stated that they cannot guarantee a next day delivery because of the couriers, it was also stated the because the flowers were getting delivered to Scotland, it could take up to 3 days extra, why is this not stated on their website when placing your order, when asked about why the advertise on their website 100% satisfaction, I was told this only covered the product and not the delivery, I asked would the reimburse the delivery charge, I was told this was not company policy, as the couriers were outside their remitt, absolute joke of a company, this is the 3rd order I have had from this company and not one of these orders were delivered on time. Will never use them again. Please avoid if you dont want to be dissapointed.

Placed an order for flowers, they cancelled it claiming it flagged on their system as fraud but took the payment. Called to discuss fraud flag, all information was correct, wrongly flagged by their system. Told refund would take 3-5 days, had to chase a week later
