Always a great experience dealing with Tier1. Their website is easy to navigate, easy to spec the pc to my requirements, rapid delivery, fired up perfectly first time and saved myself a fortune. What's not to like.

Quick delivery, perfect service

Purchased a grade A laptop, got a notification that it had been despatched, after a few days it hadn't been delivered, emailed a few times and got no response so rang up, promised a call back,which didn't happen,sent another email and finally got a response to say the laptop was faulty so would send another one out, a few days later still not received my laptop, rang up and was promised a call back which didn't happen,emailed again and a few hours later got a reply the 2nd laptop was faulty and would be refunded. So on their website they are advertising stock which has been fully refurbished and in working order, is obviously a lie as it appears the stock isn't checked until they receive an order and your money. Very poor experience and won't be going back for anything

Happy with laptop & quick delivery

This company was very helpful, particularly the person I spoke to by the name Lucas. After his help and advice, as a layman, I was sufficiently informed to make a decision on what desktop I wanted. I will certainly use this company again.

I was sceptical buying a really good laptop refurbished but I was very pleasantly surprised at just how good the laptop was, even happier that the condition for grade C was in far better condition that I expected, my only negative would be that the battery health was not good, doesn't hold charge for long, I think it would only be fitting if Tier 1 supplied refurbished equipment with a healthy battery.

Great service and quick delivery. Excellent choice of refurbished laptops (which is the way to go environmentally 😞) Laptop looks in really good condition…I can’t comment on its speed or operationally as it’s with my long suffering IT whizz friend, who’s setting it up for me. All in all extremely pleased so far.

Was replacing the same model laptop due to an accident and was dubious about replacing with a refurbished, so was very happy when it arrived as it looked like new.Works perfectly and arrived as expected all at half the cost with a 3 year warranty.

I have been using Tier 1 for over 10 years. I have bought consistently refurbished laptops for business and personal use as ours get battered to much with travel and running events etc Tier 1 has continued as they expanded to keep their customer services as helpful and knowledgable as form the first time I did business with them. This is the second laptop which I have purchased from Tier1, having purchased my first one from them nearly 10 years ago. The service and information available is very good. I chose a grade C option and it was in very good condition with only a few minor scratches on the casing, which is hardly noticeable. Very reliable, and I will carry on using Tier1 in the future.

Tier1 have been my sole supplier of computers to my company for a number of years now and I can't reccommend them highly enough! For the modern office, a well specced refurbed machine that is 3-5 years old is more than powerful enough to run everything required. We have saved a ton, the shipping is quick and the only time I had any problems, it was resolved with one quick phone call. Laptops, PCs are all great and being able to customise the RAM/storage/OS options on a refurb is perfect. Thanks guys, keep up the great job!

Considering it was a refurbished tablet it is in excellent condition and works perfectly. Have recommended the company to a friend for any future purchases
