Excellent product at a very good price. Arrived quickly and very well packed.

The laptop I ordered was Grade B on the website but is honestly in perfect condition. Unfortunately the charger I got sent didn’t work but I messaged and a replacement was sent in 6 days so it wasn’t a problem. Customer service is great and I would definitely use this site again.

A few challenges with the order rescued by excellent customer service (and cheerful voice on the answer phone - it does make a difference).

Simple purchase, quality product. Not the first time we've bought from Tier1

I ordered a screen and still do not have it, yet Tier1 wants a review. I've tried their chat function which said it was fulfilled and then not, and that one device failed but there's no indication of an expedited remediation. And don't try calling them because the "...1007" number on their website is "disconnected". At least the "...1015" number was answered, but there has been no action as a result of that call. The takeaway from this is: I've spent my money and I don't have my goods.

Excellent customer service There was a noisy fan in the laptop I received but, when I called to discuss the problem the chap I spoke to (Lee) could not have dealt with it in a better way and I received a replacement the following day. Over the years I have bought abought 10 laptops from Tier1 and have always been impressed with the service.

Purchased refurbished laptop as a gift as the person as the recipient wanted the left and right buttons on the touch pad which I had trouble getting on a new machine. The laptop was delivered on time , to spec and well packaged and in A1 condition, operates as should so far do many thanks.
