I have dealt here for several years now, and would not use any other suppliers. Machines are exactly as described,no Bull ! Totally reliable in every way, and if 5* is the highest rating you have, then I for one think that is not high enough. The manager is the main asset in this company, - he is helpful, knowledgeable, with amazing patience for customers who dont know their way around the dazzling array of machines which they offer, and all at sensible prices. Service such as provided by Tier1 should be the industry standard aiming point for all competitiors in this sector. - but then again, there is no real competiton., and no, I am not associated with this company in any other way, apart from being a grateful and extremely satisfied customer!

buying a laptop grade 'A' saved me 000s it was like brand new and i mean straight out the factory inc 1st startup, only snag but its for card theft and i can see the co point is that delivery must be at billing address and it was delieverd next day which was a sat with a time 1hr time slot and staff on the phone were excellent delt very quick and were on the ball highly recommended

I have used Tier 1 before and had a great experience. There is a good choice of reconditioned products at good value price. The latest purchase for my son should last him a long time and he is very happy. Really fast delivery as well.

The chromebook I was sent had a fault which should have been obvious if checks had been done (I appreciate that time /effort cost money). Customer services was not super-easy to contact. My first 3 email were ignored. When I phoned the chap was very helpful. The pickup by DPD didnt happen the first time it was arranged so I had to spend TWO whole afternoons in the house waiting. In fairness the refund went through very quickly.

I got a Lenovo x1 Yoga Gen 6 Grade C (the worst condition). I had to struggle to find a scratch or mark on it. I am really happy with it. It feels like new for a fraction of the price. The first one that arrived would not charge, so Lucas R in Tier1 support was very helpful and DPD collected the return and gave me another. All very efficient (except of DPD - but not reviewing them here).
