Ordering process was easy, and customer service was brilliant. There was an issue with delivery that sat solely with DPD and Tier1's offer to upgrade delivery to solve problem if required was unprompted but a perfect solution - luckily it was not needed.

Good product, delivered within the time frame. Product quality was great for the grading however there was a small chip in the frame of the laptop, away from the screen so no functional damage, just cosmetic damage. Overall great service and product availability.
