Great service. I haven’t bought refurbed before and was apprehensive about dropping money on a laptop classed Grade B. I came in two days, tracked DPD delivery, it has one tiny, hardly noticeable, scratch on the outside case. I now have a perfectly good high powered laptop for near half price new.

Searched for a refurbished computer for sometime, compared to many sites found to be most reasonable. I purchased a Grade C - £200 cheaper than Grade A, I can only see 1 minor scratch on in front which is cosmetic. Great delivery and all working perfectly. Thanks

Good product, exactly what was advertised and in slightly better condition than I expected. I added a basic wired USB mouse, but an incompatible mouse was included. The response from sales support at tier1online was to send a replacement which arrived early next morning - very impressive, much quicker than I expected. Highly recommended as a supplier.

I spoke to an advisor at Tier1 and he was able to help me choose a device for my needs which and I brought. The device failed the system checks and I was offered another. As the stock is limited I was offered a much higher spec than I'd brought and this was sent out to me with no issues and a tracking number. Top customer service all the way.

My HP PC which was new when I bought it less than three years ago was giving me all sorts of problems. In the end, a friend recommended tier 1. I purchased a reconditioned Dell OptiPlex 5040 from Tier 1 on 13 April 2023. It is working really well including the accessories I needed.
