Ordered grade C lenovo as could not quite afford a B or A. The condition was excellent apart from a slight dent in the outer casing. Arrived quickly and we'll packed. I am so glad I did not buy brand new as I could have 3 of these for that price.

I can not find any fault in the process so far. I am happy with the refurbished computer I received. I just set it up, seems to work as expected. I choose to buy a refurbished computer, so I can choose a higher specification. If the computer will last, I will definitely buy here again.

Sorry thought I'd done this! ...Ordered new grade a Acer laptop a few weeks back, nothing then happened , except the usual emails and money out of bank, after about a week and getting impatient I decided to have a probe and found it's status was fulfilled! This started something as I then got alot more communication and even Saturday delivery! Thank you, no issues with my order,j(ust wish I could of had a 1tb option) it did fall over regularly at start but think windows wasn't happy with me switching stuff off as it's been okay since ..will order again from you

Ordered late afternoon, dispatched the next working day. Listed as Grade B (Screen), but I haven’t noticed any screen defects yet. Battery health report shows about 2/3 of original capacity. Type cover in good condition. All appears to work as it should. Exactly what I was hoping for.

Purchased a laptop which was grade C, so a bit nervous about the condition before hand. However, with the exception of a dent on the outside, everything else is fine and the price was a bargain.

The laptop had an issue , but I called them up and they are sending a replacement . No issues . Very good communication and updates from them .
