Still great the second time around. Another refurbished laptop, this time a B grade which is in great condition considering it had a previous owner. A good price, fast shipping and the item is exactly as specified.

My laptop can’t connect to the internet unless it’s close to the internet box in the same room so I can’t connect to internet in my bedroom or when I’m at uni classes I am dissapointed

I recently purchase a refurb laptop and am amazed! Supposed to be Grade B and I can't find a mark on it and would expect this to be Grade A at least. In addition, customer service was excellent and delivery was faster than I expected. I'll definitely be buying from Tier1 again!

This is the second time I have used Tier One. I am very happy with the Chrome Laptop. It was accurately described and delivered very quickly.

I ordered a laptop however when it arrived it wasn’t specced to my order. I emailed Tier1’s customer service who immediately arranged a collection, refitted the laptop with the correct hardware, and returned the laptop to me that same week. Customer service was excellent and communication from them was also excellent. I was very impressed by how swiftly they rectified the issue. I now have the laptop I want and it’s in great condition. I would definitely buy from them again.
