I bought a laptop from Tier 1 a couple of months ago but it wasn't really what I wanted. I rang them to discuss replacing it and without question they said I could have a full refund. They then advised me which laptop I would need and supplied it. Then the power cable to the new laptop didn't work and they supplied a replacement the next day.
