The iPhone and iPad arrived on time and in pristine condition, as you would hope for, given their “A” rating. The iPhone works perfectly and the iPad, hopefully as well —it only arrived today. It’s early days yet, but so far, very good. The only reservations I have are about the packaging which lacked padding.

I ordered a refurbished ThinkPad laptop from Tier1. It was classed as Grade C, suggesting heavy wear and possibly marks on the screen but apart from obvious wear on the wrist rests it was in remarkably good condition, and ideal for what I wanted. I ordered on Wednesday and it arrived on Saturday, so well within the 3-5 working days they advertise. The only improvement I'd like to see is the option to buy without Windows installed avoiding the cost of Windows, as I immediately wiped the laptop to install Ubuntu Linux on it. However, this may not be possible depending on Tier1's licensing agreement with Microsoft.

Website was easy to use. ordering process was straightforward. Postage was quick. Product quality was exactly as described.

Great laptop, even though it was classed as category “C”, it’s still in good shape. Slight scratches but good laptop for the price. Very pleased with updates and delivery time and good packaging. DHL delivery was also a pleasing note to add. Would order from them again.

Had 2 faulty laptops, first one had an issue asked for a replacement and the second is even worse off with no in built browser and faulty screen. I’ve asked for a refund. Customer service don’t respond to emails either.

Overall I am very pleased with the product and service provided. The issue I had was the use of the shop app which stated my item had shipped when it was still in the warehouse, leading me to conclude delivery was imminent when it wasn't! Communication could have been better, hence 4 stars not 5...However the product itself was everything I had hoped it would be!

I bought a reconditioned desktop PC (W 11 Pro) from Tier1 and the whole experience was top-notch. From advice, to tailoring equipment to exactly what I wanted, right down to arranging special delivery on a day when my son would be able to help me if needed. This is my 3rd purchase from Tier 1 and I highly recommend them to everyone looking for value and the SERVICE that's lacking from so many companies these days.

The product was working clean and good. However, I paid for express delivery, which stated 2 day shipping. I took this to mean I would have it in 2 days. It didn't, it meant they would ship it in 2 days to their delivery people (DPD, they were good). They didn't manage that and it took 3 days to get to DPD. So good product poor delivery.

I ordered a refurbished chromebook. The item which I ordered was the last in stock, but was failed a final check. So I was offered a (slightly better) near-equivalent, professionally and politely. It reached me within 3 days in excellent condition, and my wife is very happy with it. Recommended company, great product.

Bought an i7 Lenovo laptop grade C. No surprises except a excellent condition used laptop. Two significant scratches on the top but otherwise near new. Functions perfectly.
