United Kingdom | 16 February 2023Ordered 9am on 9th Feb. Laptop needed for when my daughter returns to school on 20th. Email confirmation says 3-5 working days and I'll get Email updates when item dispatched . By 15th Feb I've received no updates, but tracking says order fulfilled! No laptop! So at 8am I used the chat facility to enquire. No response. At 11am I emailed them. A look at tracking now on the day I've been told it will arrive shows they only sent details to courier at 11.57am on the day I chased them: 15th Feb. So my advice is chase after a couple of days. If I hadn't I bet I'd still be waiting. Oh and advice to tier1. Don't email your customer to leave a review before you've even dispatched their goods. DPD are the heroes in this customer experience... The 2 stars is because I am hoping to receive a nice laptop at a good price.

It came in good time, and was well packaged. My wife is thrilled with it and the condition was exceptional. I would always recommend tier 1 to anyone looking to purchase some reconditioned tech.

United Kingdom | 12 February 2023Pretty good experience. Only minor hiccough was that the new payment system didn’t seem to like my card so apparently declined it so I paid via a different method. It then transpired that the first payment money was taken anyway. But in fairness I called customer service and they promptly delt with it and I was refunded the correct amount as promised. So a pretty good test of how a customer is handled when there is a minor issue - good customer service.
