The service was great and the online ordering via the website was simple and the site easy to navigate. The delivery of the product was prompt and efficient. The product itself was as described, in great condition and fully functionable.

Excellent service from the company however I left clear instructions for the courier (via the courier) to leave it in a safe place if it didn't fit in the letter box and they left it outside the front door! Luckily my neighbour posted it through the letter box for me! Will use site again and make sure I'm home.

The laptop was delivered quickly but windows was not installed correctly and re installing it did not fix the issue. The laptops battery is also faulty and does not keep charge at all. I have emailed tier1 twice requesting refund and no reply.

Update: Customer service was excellent, swapped out the order with an issue and delivered the replacement at the same time. Really happy with the product I've received. Original post: Hoping to update this review once customer service have had opportunity to resolve. Wrong laptop specification shipped. Order received yesterday and messaged customer service next morning, hoping for a quick resolution.

Galaxy A12 64Gb for only £75! Prompt delivery and, despite being graded grade C, phone appeared pristine!
