I am disappointed with the condition of the laptop. It shows the signs of a repair attempt, where the Laptop looks like it has been dropped. Also has what looks like a blistering of the surface below the keys. The Keyboard Backlight option does not work even when pressing FN and relevant F key. I have had no response from customerservices@tier1.
