Purtroppo, ho fatto il biglietto aereo tramite una agenzia su skyscanner app. Che uso normalmente. Ho pagato il biglietto come avevo fatto altre volte in cui era chiaramente incluso sia il bagaglio a mano che quello da stiva con 30 kg di massimale. Non ho letto bene il biglietto che avevo fatto e mi sono ritrovato che avevo comprato un biglietto ma senza bagaglio da stiva. Non e' che sia una nuova forma truffaldina di fare cassa alle spalle di normali cittadini? ATTENTI COL FARE I BIGLIETTI AEREI

In September 2024, I had the misfortune of dealing with Etihad when I had to cancel our holiday just two days before departure due to an unexpected health condition. The experience was an absolute nightmare. I tried to re-book the holiday and was met with nothing but difficulty, dismissiveness, and a complete lack of understanding. Their timelines for providing medical documents were ridiculously unrealistic, especially during such a stressful time. Despite my efforts to meet their requirements, they refused to accommodate a date change. Their refusal came in an incredibly dismissive email, showing no care or consideration for the circumstances. Etihadholidays lacked empathy and flexibility throughout, making an already tough situation so much worse. It took months of persistence to finally resolve the issue to a satisfactory conclusion. The stress and frustration caused by their inflexible and unhelpful attitude have left a terrible impression on me. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking with Etihad holidays to think twice—customer care is clearly not a priority for them.

The worst airline I have ever flown with. They advertise a free stopover program that does not exist, they promise you a 2 night hotel stay but then it is impossible to get such free hotel. The only reason I chose to fly Etihad and not a different airline was the free hotel stay. To makes thing worse, when purchasing a multi-city ticket (mandatory to later get the promised free hotel) you get a restricted fare with a modification or cancellation fee making it impossible to get out of the stopover. As there was no free hotel offered as advertised I tried to modify the booking to go directly to my final destination, but it would cost me more than to pay a hotel out of pocket. I felt scammed, betrayed and taken advantage of. After numerous exchanges with customer service where they do not care at all about the customer and all they do is come with new excuses each time I have not a solution. I will never fly with this airline or trust any arab destination anymore.

Si può zero stelle? Partiremo tra 3 settimane per Bangkok da Mxp …abbiamo ricevuto una comunicazione da Etihad che ci cambiano il vettore aereo, quindi STATE ATTENTI noi voleremo con la Wamos Air…che dire sconcertante . Ovviamente sono in corso comunicazioni con agenzia di viaggio ed Etihad per trovare una soluzione , inutile dirvi che al momento chiedono dei soldi , seppur questo cambio vettore è dovuto ad una loro decisione. A saperlo quando abbiamo prenotato avremmo optato per ita , thai , o emirates i prezzi erano pressoché uguali, anzi thai era pure diretto ed Ita costava anche meno… erano abbastanza comodi gli orari di Etihad e volevamo il Wi-Fi a bordo ,per cui abbiamo optato per loro ora ci spostano su Wamos Air una compagnia di charter a noi sconosciuta e senza neanche il Wi-Fi …al momento la nostra scelta di Etihad è stata pessima , valutate bene prima di acquistare i voli con questa compagnia …potreste trovarvi a gestire /subire queste robe !!! Vediamo cosa succede nei prox giorni ma zero stelle tutte solo per il disagio che ci stanno creando per cercare soluzioni alternative!! Mai più mi basta questo episodio per starne alla larga, rispetto dei loro clienti Zero …eppure nella mia testa Etihad era una buona compagnia , peccato aver letto le altre recensioni solo ora ..ed aver trovato questo sito dove condividere le esperienze troppo tardi.

I think that the best part of Etihad is the crew; Zurich-Abu Dhabi flight with Lata and her workmates was excellent, very professional, attentive and charismatic persons. On Honeymoon, they prepared with my husband a surprise, I thank them from the bottom of my heart a lot. Abu Dhabi-Bangkok with Roxana and her workmates also very good. Otherwise the function of the airline is not the best, they change the flights always and do with you what they want, but if you want to make a small change, everything has a price. Despite being a business class flight. The food, no comment. In all respect, not only Emirates is better, also many other airlines such as KLM.

Premium prices / low-cost service. This company charged 1.100 euros per return ticket to Abu Dhabi. They then charge for everything else: seat reservation, baggage (60 euros per each 5 kg!!! per round - that is 600 euros per each bagage of 25 kg! Yes, unbeleivable), boarding, etc

Brug aldrig Ethiad , de er umulige at kommunikere med. , sender ingen info - fik udskudt vores rejse 5 gange og ingen besked . Sidst med ventetid på 13 timer ekstra og da flyet skulle afgå fandtes det ikke på nogle skærme i terminalen .

Con mia moglie abbiamo fatto Roma Bangkok con scalo ad Abu Dhabi e devo dire che abbiamo viaggiato davvero bene. Facciamo questa tratta 1 - 2 volte l'anno e devo dire che Etihad è una buona compagnia aerea. Soprattutto all'andata con aerei più nuovi nuovi, ma anche al ritorno i pasti erano davvero buoni e il servizio a bordo impeccabile. A parte un ritardo nella coincidenza verso Bangkok, per il resto è stata davvero un'ottima esperienza.

Absolutely first class crew. My usual go to airline is Emirates and to be honest, the crew on the two legs out on 29th NOVEMBER LHR to AUH and AUH to BKK and the first leg back BKK to AUH today 15th DECEMBER were very disappointing but NOT this one, on EY067 AUH to LHR This crew surpassed any service I’ve ever had from Emirates and I’ve flown first, business and economy with them. Led by the fantastic Beata, this particular crew combined friendliness, authenticity with a superlative degree of efficiency and responsiveness. They are an absolute credit to the airline, which I noted gets quite poor reviews on Trustpilot. However my review will be 5 stars - and you have Beata ( 🇸🇰) Yousra 🇩🇿 Nicholas ( 🇨🇱) to thank for that. Please thank them on my behalf. If Etihad operates a reward or bonus scheme please consider them. If only all cabin crew delivered this level of service!

اقسم بالله شركة طيران نصابة كنت حجزت انا وصديقي رحلة الى الصين عن طريقهم و لقد عرضو لي ان يتم توقف في ابوضبي و سنعطيك فندق مجاني لمدة يومين عند طلب الحجز لم يساعدني احد و لما و صلت الى المطار دهب الى موضف في الشركة و قال لي انا لا اقدر ان اساعدك مع العلم هو في مكتب الخاص بالشركة في مطار ابو ضبي فلقد حجزت فندق ب 500$ و هذا سبب لي مشكل و كنت اتصل بهم و لم يرد احد

I got notified that my flight is delayed by 45 minutes the day before departure. However this made me be left with only 40 minutes of transit in Abu Dhabi for an international flight so I called and asked if that’s even feasible. After some time I was confirmed that in fact no. Was supposed to wait four hours for a new proposal which never came, at this point departure was 12 hours later I called again to find out the proposal is either fly three days!!! Later or pay 1700€. An absolute joke. They say EU regulations on compensation don’t count for them. Every airline on the planet would rebook you in a flight without this drama.

I booked a basic fare long haul which cost $1,900. No checked baggage was included. It's a disgrace. $4,600 they quoted on the day of travel to book 2× 23kg. The tv did not work for second 7.5hr flight. Disgrace. Don't travel with them if you can help it.

Experience d'enregistrement en logne horrible - interface pas au point - pour au final ne pas pouvoir choisir de siege - obligé de s enregistrer a l aeroport , ayant 2 vols , paris -> abu dhabi puis abu dhabi-> jakara , ils n'ont ete capables de me donner que la carte d embarquement pour abu dhabi , pour la seconde carte d embarquement il a fallu faire le tour de l aeroport d abu dhabi pour trouver le comptoir ou l on recupere les boarding pass - Et la c est pareil , jsui a jakarta pour mon retour en france et meme probleme - c est nul ! Pour le reste c est equivalent aux autres compagnies , sauf la nourriture qui est nulle

I would give a zero rating for all aspects of my experience travelling with Etihad, if this was an option. Both inbound and outbound flights delayed with no explanation as to why. The most uncomfortable seating I have ever experienced and so tightly rammed together that trying to get into a comfortable position is impossible. Flight crew are rude and do not provide any level of customer service. I would suggest a few lessons in charm school wouldn't go amiss. On our flight home to sit in a seat with slighter extra leg room cost an extortionate sum, in fact to reserve any seat comes at a cost. Food is terrible and to try and even order a soft drink is impossible. I would not recommend this airline and certainly would never travel with them again. Considering the size of the organisation and the extreme number of poor reviews, they clearly do not take on board any feedback.

En af de mest behagelige flyveture jeg har haft - Kbh - Abu Dhabi - Singapore t/retur. Økonomiklasse føles som mere - puder, tæppe , støtter til hovedet , lille toilet pose med diverse ting , fin skærm og godt udvalg til at blive underholdt - benplads var okay for en på 1,75 m Servicen var fin - og maden var faktisk varm - bakker havde låg på - det har holdt det længere varmt. Det smagte faktisk godt. Kbh - Abu Dhabi Dreamliner - en rigtig god flyvetur. Eneste minus og trækker lidt ned - 2 timers forsinkelse med forbindelsen Abu Dhabi - Singapore - Det koster penge hvis man vil flytte pladser og ikke helt billigt.

In end of 2023 they had a promotion, buy miles to extend. They took my money and removed my miles. This is theft and bad business practices. Now I hate this airline for having cheated me severely, had over 20,000 miles stolen despite them taking my money on Dec. 31st. Wrote no replies. I fly to Europe every two weeks (mostly Biz class), but no longer voluntarily on this shitty airline

Disappointing Experience with Etihad Airways Supervisor Jamil at Manchester Airport (09/12/2024) I recently had an unpleasant experience at Manchester Airport while checking in for my Etihad Airways flight to Abu Dhabi on 9th December 2024. During the process, we encountered issues with a couple of kilograms of excess baggage. Since there were no other passengers in line, we began removing items from our suitcase near the counter to comply with the airline’s policies. However, the supervisor, Mr. Jamil, approached us and instructed us to move, stating, “This is not Karachi or Islamabad; you cannot do this here.” This comment was shocking, unprofessional, and culturally insensitive. As a British Pakistani, I found this remark both discriminatory and offensive. It suggested a bias against passengers based on their nationality or ethnic background, which is unacceptable for an airline that claims to represent global values and high-quality customer service. Instead of offering assistance or clear instructions, the supervisor escalated the situation unnecessarily, leaving us humiliated. Airlines like Etihad should be ensuring a respectful and supportive environment for all passengers, regardless of their background. I expected better from Etihad Airways. I urge the airline to train its staff on cultural sensitivity and customer service to prevent such incidents in the future. This experience has made me question whether I would choose to fly with Etihad Airways again.

An sich sind die Flugzeuge in Ordnung, aber der Service an sich ist eine Katastrophe! Ich wurde am Telefon komplett falsch beraten, habe so wie ich beraten wurde gebucht und dann war das falsch und ich habe die am Telefon versprochene Leistung nicht erhalten. Ich habe 4!!!! Mails geschrieben und habe auch nach 3 Monaten KEINE Antwort bekommen. Ich habe 3 mal angerufen und wurde auf die AGBs verwiesen. Jetzt mal ehrlich: wenn nicht mal die eigenen Mitarbeiter die AGBs kennen, die Kunden falsch beraten, wie genau soll man als Kunde dann das Richtige buchen? Das ist eine totale Katastrophe bei einem Flugpreis von 2000€. Ich war 28h unterwegs und habe 6 gleiche Mahlzeiten bekommen. Das war das erste und das letzte mal dass ich mit dieser Fluggesellschaft geflogen bin.
