Very good service. There was a mixup with the address so the engineer did not come at the appointed day and time. But their customer service apologised profusely and reschedule the visit for the next day. This time the gas engineer came in promptly and fixed our cooker. He was very knowledgeable and the appliance works well now.

Hugely impressed by this repair company. Two visits to fix an old gas range, done with great efficiency and very sensible prices. The two engineers who did the visits were competent and charming. You won’t do better than employ this lot for any of your domestic appliances - A pleasure doing business with them. Technician came, identified the problem, fixed the oven, all very quickly, cleanly, and quietly. He returned a few days later and replaced the bulb. Excellent.

Having recently had a new kitchen fitted our microwave light bulb broke. I contacted Caple to advise them of the problem. As the microwave was under warranty they arranged for an outside company to fix the issue. This is where Capital Repairs come in. They called to arrange a visit, at this point I told them it needed a new light bulb and gave them all the details of the microwave ( 5 months old) Took a day off work to wait for engineer to arrive. He arrived and left within 1 min, told me he had no light bulb and would have to order one and come back. Took a 2nd day off work and waited for him to come back, only to be told he had the wrong part !! So had to take a 3rd day off work and wait yet another day. Sadly not a great experience for us and not a great way to run a business.

Cookies guys out to check my fridge freezer I was told it needs a new door in a new motor 24-hours or more later I have to ring them up and then they tell me that the door is obsolete do not use these guys they are no good
