Easy to process and straightforward to understand without any BS or add-ons. Only get what you want and alerts for any troubles in the area that may disrupt your travel. Absolutely great value as I had checked what I wanted against others, (private, bank) Brilliant. Only 4 stars as I never needed to make a claim so I won't review on something I've not used. Will be recommending to family traveling next month and will be using again on next trip. Someone will have to come up with something very special for us to change now.

So simple to sign up for and easy to use the online app at all times. A second time I've used Freely and whilst no claims to test them out, I feel well protected when travelling internationally.

Day 10 since initial claim and no contact at all - no support when abroad and needing funds upfront for treatment etc, no understanding as to how primitive Indonesia can still be in receiving and communicating health.
