Not enough stars! By far one of the best finds of my travel as a grown up life. Brilliant, user friendly app, real life people who respond to chat questions, reasonable pricing covering only what you need, ease of use to file claims. I have recommended Freely to all of my friends and could not be more impressed. Fantastic offering from a very conservative, safe traveller mum of three kids. I need the best coverage for my family and will be reusing for our travel in future.

Whilst I thankfully did not have to make a claim...I loved the Freely experience. I had to modify a complex trip after I had taken out the insurance....my refund was virtually instant It was a piece of cake to rebook the new insurance for multiple countries and include cruise cover for certain days.

Difficult to write a review when all went well during my time overseas, but overall taking this travel insurance was an easy process and the price was very reasonable compared to other insurances offering similar coverage. Had to claim for delayed luggage. First the claim submission recorded the wrong amount (x100) and didn't allow upload of PDF. Then the assessment reply left generic "insert amount here" and didn't explain why they rejected it, even though I qualified. Then the excalation/complaint to Covermore also only assessed half the items submitted. They don't reply to confirm the extra information you provide and you're left with no way to get any sense of it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip it was a seniors trip average age 65 to 70 ,so relaxing we hope to go again. What made it special was it was so australian.

When I sent my first email in i was chasing up paperwork & Renzo got back to me very quickly and i had a bit of trouble receiving the email and again Renzo was quick in getting another email out and making sure I got the info I was after.
