Competitive premium with an option to insure higher risk activities only for the days you need it at a low price. I needed cover for high altitude hiking and Freely were one of the few that covered me at a reasonable price. The real test is if you need to make a claim. I did need to make a claim due to travel delays and costs incurred after being trapped in a flood. Freely responded within minutes on their live chat when I first contacted them and provided advice and offered support. I put the claim in when I got home and they approved the claim in just over a week with no hassles. Highly recommend and will use them again next time I travel.

Got lots of quotes and this was one of the cheapest. Luckily we didn’t need to make any claims but their communication was good with emails etc. Will be using again for our next holiday.

Everything was smooth and easy to understand and options easy to understand and select.

Love the flexibility on extras (adding them as you go and specifying dates!) We were considering doing an ATV tour before leaving so waited until confirmed before adding motorcycle or adventure. Called a freely rep to confirm which one I needed and turned out it was covered by default! Regardless the ability to be more spontaneous with my activities while travelling was greatly appreciated.
