I used to trust these people but no more. That was my mistake. After a 4 hour flight delay. On collection. They hid my car in the dark close to other vehicles. Gave me my keys and off I went. I checked the mileage but as it was dark, very late and the car was parked right against another I just popped my luggage in the boot, took the keys and off I drove. My car was in my driveway for a couple of days and the first time I saw it in daylight I could see one side of my car was damaged. Passenger wing and 2 doors. Passenger door wouldn't open. Clearly maple parking denied it as I had left the carpark. They did this. I now have to get my car repaired under my insurance. They knew they had damaged my car. They made me wait in a corner so I didn't see my own car brought down. I had to look for it and it was in the dark and not at the pick up point. It was parked so I could not have walked past the passenger side so I did not notice all this damage. They betrayed my trust and now I have to pay for repairs. Something very big hit my car to cause the damage and it is going to cost 1000's. Shame on you Maple parking. One of your staff knows what happened while my car was with you for a week and went out of their way to deceive me. I wish I had not been so trusting of you or your service so I guess that oversight is my fault????

Friendly staff, fast access to the airport with busses running every 15 minutes. Great service and competitively priced. About the 8th time I've used them in 3 years.

Took an hour and 20 minutes to bring my car back to me at LHR Terminal 3 on 19th of Oct, was given every excuse under the sun by there agent. Not impressed and has seriously put me of using them ever again and I’ve been a customer for many years. As a side note the couple who we were travelling with had there car returned in 40 minutes. I could have walked quicker to there depot to collect. Update: Over week later having been asked to contact them by email, I have not received a responce or reply. I can only conclude that this lot don’t care.
