As far as booking, getting to and from the airport was concerned, all went well. However, when I picked up my car it had done an additional 13 miles; all wing mirrors had been adjusted and the seat position changed. Irritating!!

I would not recommend. Having returned from our holiday to Stansted the staff were rude and unhelpful. They have rummaged through my children’s stuff in the back of the car - for what I have no idea. They have moved and changed things all round the car and settings on the screen. Since returning I am now unable to use my Apple car play which has always worked beforehand. Whatever the person has done within my car should now be held accountable as I need to go and get it checked out. Very unhappy

Went from South and returned to north Worked OK although instructions for south were confusing so we had to phone. Car clocked up 10miles which seems OK. One annoying bit is that on return my phone no longer was registered to my car, so I had to reconnect it. presumably someone else connected their phone which kicked mine out. Staff helpful. Would use again
