The operations director for the business contacted me directly to prove with photographic evidence that my car had not done excess mileage whilst in their care. Looks like I must have recorded the drop off mileage incorrectly. Apologies to Maple Parking therefore for the bad initial review.

I've used both the Gatwick Meet and Greet system and the Park and Ride Shuttle - had a smooth fantastic experience with both. The team are a pleasure to deal with in every way. Car was ready for me both times and the shuttle service was less than 10 minutes each side - 5 stars! Also special shout out to Micu who went above and beyond to deliver great customer service!
