Fantastic! Parked at Terminal 5 ULEZ free parking and it was super simple. Was genuinely skeptical but it really was easy. Waited 5 minutes for the bus both at arrival and return. No issues at all.

Booking experience was quick and easy

I have used Maple Parking many times, but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. Since we are required to leave our keys, I noticed some belongings were taken from my car. When I reached out to customer service, their response was disheartening: "Regarding the stolen belongings, if the car was parked with us, we always recommend customers to only leave your car and key with us as we do not take any responsibility for valuables left in the car. However, you can email our customer service to investigate further if needed." While I understand the policy, the lack of accountability or concern for customers' property left me feeling uneasy about using their service again.

This did not start well. I was confronted with rude unprofessional incorporative and unhelpful staff. Lets hope the pick up goes well.

Close to terminal 5. Expect to wait up to 15mins for bus. Paid for text reminder but was never sent. Directions in app said post code does not take you to site, so suggested address input instead. Address was listed as Bath Road, West Drayton but no Maple Leaf Parking there. Fortunately they do give you a help telephone number, we were directed to Bath Road Longford. Somewhat stressful as we could have missed flight due to this.

Easy booking platform, easy directions. Easy booking process. 4 minute walk to terminal. On arrival car was ready, now waiting around for buses to offsite locations. Def use again...

Check in easy, transfer buses quick. Our car had a flat battery on our return but the staff got us moving promptly

I have used Maple Parking several times and always found their service to be excellent. Easy to book, readily accessible on the phone (eg to make changes if flights change), and very good service at the airport.
